STEP 1 – Initial inquiry – Date, length, people, location
When you make a first inquiry, we ask for some basic criteria and information so that we can offer you with the most accurate list of yachts that fit your needs and preferences. We usually ask for:

– The charter’s length
– The charter’s location
– The number of people sleeping

STEP 3 – Charter Agreement – All parties should agree.
We prepare a Charter Agreement or Transport Contract where all sides should agree. This is a legally binding contract that confirms the charter of your Yacht. Some other agreements emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic that you will be requested to sign.
STEP 4 – Charter Planning – Select your catered desires.
We will work with the yacht captain on the itinerary, and we will require a complete passenger list, understand everyone’s dietary requirements, allergies, food and beverage preferences, and any other pertinent information so that the crew can prepare for your arrival as efficiently as possible.
STEP 5 – Embarkation – It is time to meet the crew and go on a sea-loving vacation!
The big day has finally arrived! When you and your guests arrive on the boat, the yachting Team will meet and greet you and your guests while introducing you to the crew.
